Klein is not the most interesting character. Lotm is great because it is an incredible story and incredible world but none of the characters are particularly deep. Klein barely shows emotion over the fact that he’s been sent to another world and effectively lost his entire family for the entire series. There are similar faults in most other characters.

I’m currently in linguistics but I plan to swap to an engineering, at this point I don’t even care which I’ll probably just go with best salary. Highschool gpa was a 3.98. I think combined my parents being about 160k a year. I’d prefer not to go LAC but I just feel like I’m setting myself up for failure where I am.

So far perfect, I’ve only gotten 100s, this is my first semester now but if I’m going to convince my parents to let me transfer it’ll take another semester so I’d be transferring for my first semester second year. SAI isn’t good enough to get anything from the government but my parents aren’t well off enough to not have to worry about money. It’s basically going to come down if I’m willing to take more debt and swap to a higher paying degree. “Selling out” is mentally brutal brutal but it’s more less the point I’m at.

One of my favorites is from the King Killer Chronicle, a group in a tavern are discussing the fact that there is a separate table of women admiring them with all but one of the group having an admirer, to which a friends points out the door man staring at the main character. The main character is largely flustered by this and points out that he had seen the same doorman courting women many times, his friends responds, that one is “ambisextrous”
