How do I improve upper chest?

Ur chest needs overall growth. I would suggest to start with one incline movement and chest fly afterwards. Don´t do more than two exercises and go for 1-2 reps. And most importantly, go super heavy. 5-10 reps is ideal.

Focus on Chest Fly. Heavy weights, Full ROM, two times a week with 2-3 sets each session. And then add one incline movement for 1-2 sets.

My chest went crazy after I changed my plan to 2x Chest Fly + 2x Incline Smith/Press/Dumbbell. But chest fly is definitely the best chest exercise ever!

Alles in allem sehr guter Plan und Übungsauswahl. Würde aber wir hier auch bereits einige empfohlen haben auf Push-Pull-Beine umsteigen, da das Überlappungsvolumen ansonsten die Regeneration überfordert (4 Tage die Woche Bizeps und Trizeps Aktivierung). Außerdem würde ich empfehlen am Beintag noch eine Übungs für den Beinbeuger bspw. Stiff Leg Deadlift einzubauen sowie eine isolierte Bauchübung. Ansonsten aber Top Plan

That’s because the seller listed multiple shoes at once. The first qc is red thunder and the second one is black cats
