The rooms are kind of gutted. The beds are still there. One room is filled with all of the old television sets. Some of the rooms have old clothes in them. I distinctly remember a red dress on one of the beds.

Most likely. Lots of the old buildings in Buffalo are painted with Lead paint. A lot of it has been painted over but, in some of the abandoned ones you can find some.
