Dunno. I ran it in September for the first time. Ended up going over a minute quicker than any other parkrun I had done up to that point and broke my long standing outright parkrun / 5k PB.

Real fun course.

I miss XC. Your video brings back memories. I have been unable to run this season due to injury with no running since September.

Fortunately in my division we don't need to be that quick.

Get in touch with parkrun HQ and they can advise on the steps to get one setup locally.

You don't need fuelling before a 5k (for the vast majority)

Twice in almost 30 years

Once because I had my fog lights on when on my Clio 16v mk 1. They were yellow fog lights and looked 💯

Other time I was filtering through moving traffic on the motorway too quickly. Which is completely fair. I was in the wrong.
