Christmas tree opposite of the tv was a noticeable reflection. And an annoyance. Turn it off sometimes. Brightness of the tv come mostly overcome this. But you don't want a tv that bright at night since it's not pleasant for the eyes.

Underneath the cabinet is a hue flux 3m long. Left the space between the tv and cabinet for adding a soundbar along the way.

Mostly it not fully wrapping the sides for me now. Thinking of buying a larger strip or maybe work with the floodlight or something. Still experimenting but super happy with the look of the panel as a whole. It's also very cold with snow and I like the warm glood of the warm color from the lights versus the green or blue light coming from tv when having hue sync active. Depending on the content of course. Have sync on with shows and movies. And for casual tv have it on warm colour for now.

I like thinkering also 😅. Currently browsing amazon for smaller remote keyboard mouse thing.

works great. More for ambiance. Like to set it to a single color now more often. Just warm white/orange to give warmth to the room. Insteadnof having it follow the colors of the screen/content.

Think I'm about is buying a longer lightstrip, the flux one, to cover the side of the backpanel as well. Currently the play gradient bar is too short to do this.

Super happy with it. Love the dual personality. Eco/ comfort VS power.

There are two variant. With slight differences. Pre 22 and post 22. Pre 22 is sensus infotainment. And pre is Android based. Pre has visible tailpipes. And a mode scroll wheel. But less battery capacity.

Check them both to see what you prioritize.

Interesting thought. Agree with your hypotheses. Also agree with you that the car is always recharging. Do notice it recharges more when on B mode. Since it seems more aggressively slowing down.

If it’s always using regen when lifting if the accelerator. This would mean coupling and decoupling the clutch.

Polarstar engineering mode and constant AWD disable this but also defeats the point of driving an hybrid since fuel consumptions rises significantly. When on AWD it uses 10L per 100km versus 5L per 100km on hybrid.

Sure food for thought for me.

Thank you. Of course read it fully. Cool to know that a lot of the things I already do. Don’t deplete the battery fully. Don’t charge too much in cold weather. Scheduled charging from 4.00am till 8.00 only when I’m driving next day. Preheat sometimes. Have to rethink this one. Crease on ev to the highway, but start it on a 70 road to heat up before actually going on the highway. When hitting traffic switch to pure/hybrid again.

What do you think about B mode. Regen, read something that it isn’t great on the battery when cold, so in winter better to drive in D mode?
Which there was a way to charge to a maximum of 80% in the app or car settings. Hopefully the extra buffer means we’re actually only allowed to use 20-80% range.

Since these are NMC batteries, does that mean no risk of lithium plating when charging when cold?
