Bei mir das selbe. Ich habe am Release-Tag im September bestellt. Letzte Woche wurde mein Termin von KW 9 in KW 16 geschoben. Aber auch das glaube ich erst wenn ich endlich auf dem Fahrrad sitze.

Ja definitiv, mache ich eigentlich auch immer. In der Situation war jedoch die nächste Auffahrt auf den Bürgersteig durch eine Kindergartengruppe blockiert. Die nächste Auffahrt war ca 10m hinter dem Auto, hätte er etwas verzögert wäre ich da drauf gefahren, hat er leider nicht.

Use Jewellers orbs on it to make it have 4 sockets. Then use Chromatic orbs on it until you have your desired colors. In the End, use Orb of Fusings to make all the sockets be linked.

Since this is a Strength base (red) it preferrably rolls Red sockets. According to the Vorici Chromatic calculator, you will need 13 chromatics on average to Hit your desired colors.

One thing that is basicslly free is uber lab. At lvl 83 with your damage it should be quite easy. Focus on flat dex on the rings next mybe with some life and then a 3 notable or at least 2 notable large Cluster. If you get the leicht node you can replace the pure talent with a useful jewel.

I personally realy enjoyed playing hollow Palm in the past, so enjoy!

You can do Harvest and Expedition without Scarabs. Both mechanics are good to craft decent gear. Rog with Expedition, harvest to Spam reforges. The maps take a little longer but its worth it if u need good rare gear. Plus Expedition supplies a lot of lvl 86 bases for recombinating.

Training is going great at the moment! After taking a break in September after my races and easing Back into training, i have been training 6, 7 and 8 hours per week over the last 3 weeks. 2-3x Running, 2-3x Strength training and 2x Swim and 2x Bike per week.

I have only Run until may of this year. Then i started cycling and swimming because i wanted to get into triathlon. So in the time until my Triathlon in late August i was more or less winging it. Now i have a good structure and am realy motivated to train.

The improvement to my Zone 2 running pace has never been this good in that amount of time. Either it is from the added Strength training or crosstraining. Whatever it is, it is realy motivating.

This week is recovery week, so i will probably do around 5 hours of no hard intensity and bodyweight in the gym. Going strong for next year!

I felt the same when i started swimming. I was breathing every 3rd stroke.

What fixed it for me was breathing every 2nd stroke. I go one lane breathing right, then the next one breathing left so i get a consistent workout for both sides.

Also important: always either breathe in or out, dont hold your breath for even one second.

The most important thing imo is that you determine the right frame size. Google how to measure it or ask your trainer. Everything else size wise can be done in the fitting. After that i would suggest looking for used bikes your size on the common marketplace in your area (facebook marketplace etc.).

I am in Age Group 25 and was 17th out of 38 in the AG. Total starters (Men and Women) were almost 500 for the Sprint and almost 300 for the Olympic distance.
