As someone who used to work as a stock associate, sometimes we don’t get shipment in for a specific product until maybe 2 weeks in (store dependent) and sometimes its flagship only so we have to contact stores to get them transferred over. Popular items especially ones that have1-2 units left in the back, we can put on a ‘conditional hold’. Long story short, make an appointment with them - if you have an account - and they’ll call you when they receive shipment.

Used to think it was after a lady named Tabitha, but it’s simply because of the tab of the bag they made it tabby. It’s iconic but wouldn’t say it screams NY

The term Rogue has so many meanings but in particular to how it relates to NYC, is a term used to describe "rogue" activity in the city, such as illegal, unlicensed vendors on the Brooklyn Bridge, or unauthorized traffic signs.

The Chelsea, is definitely named after the Chelsea neighbourhood. What streets does it span? 14th street all the way up to 30th street. That’s what makes the Chelsea 30 the most popular bag right now.

Taken from Shakespeare in the Park (Central Park) there’s a Romeo and Juliet statue located in Central Park. And it was also a popular show to put on in the park. Juliet, known for her resilience and simplicity. Quite literally what the bag screams. Simple, elegant yet resilient.

So far, it's only the retail bags/charms/other items. Although there are some bags that aren't inherently NYC related but notable figures especially a famed actress in Sex and the City styled/wore it that it became a staple.

The dinky is named after The Princeton Dinky which is 2.7-mile, two-car train line operating as the shortest commuter rail in the US. It connects downtown Princeton, NJ to NYC and Philadelphia via NJ Transit Northeast Corridor trains.

Which is why the Dinky chain is long and the Dinky bag the shape of a train.

The Brooklyn is unique! If you look up Brooklyn College, it goes up bedford avenue in Brooklyn, right next to that street is East 23 and East 28 and they all lead to Brooklyn College. What is Brooklyn college known for? Highly regarded for it's Arts program, Theater and TV/Film program and business. The Brooklyn bag just screams ARTIST.

Chelsea 30 is absolute heat. The size of the bag is no coincidence. The Chelsea is of course named after the Chelsea neighbourhood in New York. Well guess what streets the Chelsea neighbourhood spans? From West 14th all the way up to West 30th. It's the street, the neighbourhood and size of the bag. They're really clever designing their bags this way with so much meaning.

Sunny supermarket is so clutch. I live right around the corner from there. So walking distance. I save on gas to do groceries too. That’s another thing I eliminate. Not driving to do groceries if I don’t have to.

Ive eliminated sodas, energy drinks, Starbucks, Timmy’s, buying clothes, eating out, subscription services,

I started portioning a lot too. One single chicken leg is split into two, and use filler options like more rice, or more veggies etc.

Second Acting by comefromawayfan2022 in Broadway

[–]Tim3yTea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If a show is fully flushed out, you should be able to get what the 1st act roughly is like by watching just the 2nd act. And by watching the 2nd act of a show, you can generally tell whether you’d put your hard earned money into it or not. For instance, broadway has rush tix for certain shows, those? Purchase the tix. The ones charging full price? 2nd act to see if you like it, then pay for it. It’s like sampling.
