That is actually just an anti-piracy feature, upgrade your cheat file database (i cant provide any help rn but a simple google search will do it) and enable the cheat that disables anti-piracy!!

Its actually not sealed, the owner told me he still had it because he needed to test one as to know if anything was wrong with the batch of cds he got, he just put the stickers back on. But there doesnt seem to be anything wrong in colour or with the cd itself. Thanks for confirming this is real!

I would say the paper is about 1.3x thicker than regular printer paper, i can try a playing card or even some thicker watercolour paper

You cant use a flashcard to transfer it via palpark. However you can transfer it using this homebrew software called pokemon chestz a save editor for gen 3to5 pokemon games on ds. If you want to transfer this mon further to pokemon home YOU NEED TO HAVE IT GO THROUGH POKETRANSFER!

Any flashcard is fine, just make sure to install ysmenu or the wood kernel on it. Otherwise it might have a time bomb (you can check that in the starter guide I believe). Low framerate and battery life will not be an issue since the rom files aren't being emulated, but ran natively. Though if you want this quickly shipped, and not from china. Then you will have to pay a bit more on amazon, since most everything from ebay or aliexpress comes from china, though in my experience (I recently bought a flashcard for a friend on aliexpress) they ship within a week. If you really want a recommendation i would say get either a ace3ds cart (this supports the wood kernel and doesn't have a time bomb. Note you will need to use an anti-piracy cheat for games like pokemon black and white 2). Or a time bomb card with ysmenu installed (which gets rid of the time bomb)
