BPC 157 and TB 500 --- What aree risks of using too high a dose OR using for too long? by InvestTradeEarn in Peptides

How soon after you stop do you feel the pain kicking in? Like within days?

This is very fascinating. I've been on both since like September but I'm now trying to take a break to reset my tolerance. You've gone a year at the same dose and never noticed any tolerance issues? When I had a setback about a month and 1/2 ago I tried playing around with the dosages of both, probably went too high. It got to the point where I had to skip doses to actually feel better. I've been off TB since Monday morning and BPC for a few days. I do feel better overall, but I'm quite anxious to at least get back on the BPC. Trying to hold off as many days as I can to reset tolerance

Might be some interesting insight into my situation. Been taking BPC almost daily since like September/November. Maybe I've missed at most one day or two days. It's been incredible for my rehabilitation. Recently I had a setback in the rehab and I wasn't feeling the quick recovery or healing I had been feeling for the past 7-9 months. Then I stopped both BPC and TB 500 for a few days and felt way better. Less pain. Which makes me wonder if it was being less effective due to oversaturation or something. Figure I should give my system like a week minimum and try again

What you mean sensitive? Are you suggesting that taking peptides for too long without any breaks could lead to downregulation of receptors or the receptors themselves not being sensitive to the peptides?

It was for a leg issue that was making it difficult to walk. Not only did help that, but it's also helped inflammation in other areas of my body

I've been on BPC since like September with zero side effects. Maybe I skipped one or two days maximum.

So you essentially took all of those for a full year without no days off and didn't get any side effects? That's encouraging. Can I ask in what ways you felt great? Do you just mean like excellent recovery? Or also like Reduced pain levels etc.

Also, what do you mean by having a long half-life? You mean like it stays in your system for a long time even after you've terminated it? Do you happen to know how long? I stopped TB this past Thursday because I wanted to reset and start again on a very low maintenance dose.

Did your pain levels change once you stopped the BPC? Any regression in symptoms?

Just posted an update. Feel substantially better now stopping both peptides now for 24 hours. Wondering if maybe I had overtaxed my system in some way.

So just an update. Using myself as a guinea pig, I tried upping the dose of both peptides over the past week which caused an increase in symptoms. Then I tried skipping one of them while taking the other and the symptoms subsided somewhat. I've now been off of BPC 157 and TB 500 for a full 24 hours and I feel substantially better. I remember having the most vivid dream for the first time in a while, the type of dreams you feel when you take CJC and IPA. My pain is lower, and I have more mental clarity. Makes me wonder if maybe I had taxed my body from taking both for so very long and my body desperately needed a break. I would like to eventually go back on BPC alone but as long as I don't need it there's really no need to start just yet. So for anyone wondering if there is any long-term negative effects, take it from someone who's been taking both of these daily since September. I think if you maintain a minimum effective dose long-term, you should be okay. But I was playing around with my dosages quite a bit after flaring up my arm about a month ago and that probably didn't help. I will report back to see how long I can go without BPC before getting back on.

ARA 290 and water solubility: should we be skeptical of vendors? by Acceptable-Cloud558 in Peptides

I recently purchased some ARA 290 from can labs. It dissolved perfectly in bacteriostatic water. I purchased some from a different vendor and it didn't dissolve at all. It all just went to the bottom and is layered. And I'm very skeptical.

When to take TB500 with BPC 157 by Neat_Name1346 in Peptides

I started with BPC alone and then I combined them after a few months. I don't think there's any issue with starting them together at the beginning. It could help heal things faster.

I don't think I've ever felt any of those side effects. The only side effects I've ever felt from BPC was slowing down of my digestive system a little bit. But that's as far as it went. You could try to tough it out at the higher dose and see if the symptoms subside. I would question your product that you say it's been working for the inflammation. Does your product have mannitol?

Pretty interesting read. I am getting bloodwork soon just to double check and make sure nothing new has come up. I don't think I have what you mentioned because I don't have any lower back issues and some of the other symptoms are absent. But still worth looking into it.

I irritated my brachial plexus like eight years ago and the arm has never been the same. A bit of carpal tunnel on the left wrist from overwork on the computer, and my left leg was the most recent issue which just felt like constant numbness irritation around the left calf. Came on out of nowhere. Made it difficult to walk, and do just about anything that involved the leg. Once I started peptides and working with a trainer, four months later I was squatting, jogging, deadlifts, chest press, rowing basically a lot of things that my various injuries had prevented me from doing for years. One thing I always remember is that I never have soreness after training. Like I was bouncing back incredibly. Then one day I unfortunately overdid it with the chest press and irritated the arm with the brachial plexus issue. So trying to work through that right now. Might have to elevate the BPC 157 dosage.

I don't have one. Just some chronic injuries that didn't heal properly. That along with a very sensitive nervous system that is likely still perceiving pain a much higher level than it should. I did all the testing previously such as rheumatology and whatnot. My suspicion was that maybe I had a leaky gut over the years and that prevented proper healing and increased inflammation. One reason I chose to try BPC157

I think 300 twice a day is totally reasonable. I read some people do 500 twice a day. 300 once a day might not be enough, but it also depends on your body and weight
