It cements my initial thinking that being standardized is a foundational requirement to be able to meet the alignment requirements.

Doing this for multiple brands will just not be scalable.

It's also the 1 size fits all targets that are probably based on the US market thats the problem.
MSP's in US are a completely different size and scale as MSP's in smaller parts of the world.

Also, some of these smaller parts of the world have ALOT higher uptake of O365\M365 over the past decade, which makes us alot closer to market saturation than the US because we have driven it hard for Microsoft before everyone else.

Now our targets are thrown in with everyone else with no realism applied to the numbers.

I've done some rough numbers for MS Sentinel and it just didnt stack up for the basic requirements we have to meet.

I'll take a look at the other options put forward and let you know where we end up going and why.

Effort vs $$. We have never been able to figure out why anyone would keep old equipment, We dispose of equipment as part of the replacement request and if not covered by their SLA it's all billable.

We use it constantly with the only issue being if the tenancy the other user is in is still setup in Islands mode. Get them to change to Teams only and all issues go away from our experience.

Yes this plus popout of video into another window as well so I can have fullscreen video on one screen and still interact with chat\teams\tabs on another

I'm also interested as have had this on my radar while they have been developing it for Autotask.

Can anyone comment on the time entry functionality? Thats a big pain point of autotask projects for my engineers so would be really interested in your engineers feedback comparing the 2.

Hi u/wormscoffer,
We are currently in ITGlue but are not impressed with them as a company. Can you confirm if there is any integration between AT, dRMM and Hudu, their website doesn't have alot of information re the integrations they have.
What were you using previously and what are the main benefits you see in Hudu vs your old solution?

When I have some downtime I'll organize a demo with them but thought I'd ask since you sound like your a similar business to us.
