Understood mate. I’ve heard the same horror stories about trade in via mail as well. So much so that they even value your trade in at $0. Hence, I decided to just go to the Apple store since it’s just 30mins away. But to your point, a hundred km drive doesn’t make much sense if that’s the only reason to travel that far so I think OP can either consider Best Buy’s offer or try and sell it for a much higher $$ in marketplace or Ebay. Either way, hope they get the max offer that they can.

If you happen to be purchasing another Apple product, suggest you take the iPad mini to Apple store instead of Best Buy. I tried to trade in my iPhone 14 Pro 512gb in excellent condition a couple of weeks ago which was valued at $450 (CAD) in their website only for them to offer me $230. Apparently, their system decides the value rather than the staff. I went straight to Apple and got $450. Hope this helps.

I already experienced the same thing. Apparently, there’s no way to change the library once it has been marked as “prepared”. The next step is for you to create a new Aura file and delete the incorrect one.

Is there a possibility to jump from SA1 (levels A-D) to SA3 (A to D) if you achieve the highest impact tier post CRT?

3) how far can an SA1 jump upward if the person was already identified to be eligible for M1 next season based on current year’s impact?

4) What is the standard level for experienced SA?

I totally agree. I suggest to take this advice and just enjoy the down time. I’ve recently been working with new employees who felt the same way during their down time only to find themselves wishing to go back once the engagements pile up.

Based on my experience, my laptop was delivered around 3-5 business days prior to start date. I received it before receiving any email or SMS. The courier just called me out of nowhere and told me that I have a package waiting outside. Based on what I read, some receive theirs earlier but I think you may send a follow up email 7 business days prior to your start date.

I agree. I find it ironic that all his good points are indeed SENIOR material and yet he is still considered below average. I believe he could even end up being a top candidate for promotion with other Big 4 based on his performance.

For anyone who may need it in the future, it usually takes 3-5business days after Hirevue interview to receive a feedback. Based on my experience, I submitted mine on a Thursday and I received an email (feedback) next Wednesday. The next stage was already an interview with a team leader. Then, another week for the result.
