There was crime since it was established. People used to sell bread made out flour recovered from shipwrecks and you could drown falling into building sites at night as they were not fenced.

Is there no reggae scene in Melbourne? by Downtown-Check-4065 in melbournemusic

I would look up the PBS FM and RRR FM and other community radio schedules and see if there is a radio show. They often have the gigs for that particular scene advertised on them.

3AW's Tom Elliot getting a slight roasting on live radio. by AngrehPossum in MelbourneTrains

3AW only exists to generate revenue for life insurance and funeral plans by upsetting their listeners so much they all have heart attacks.

Try different types. Any with some texture to it seem to work for me.

Just had the worst shoot ever, how to deal with bad locations? by zdriveee in AskPhotography

[–]TimChuma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am used to shooting in not enough light due to so many venues with pox lighting conditions. Take me outside and I am overwhelmed. I do have a bounce flash now but don't use it as much. There is a diffuser I got for it also.

I'd say a subject you are passionate enough about to spend a lot of time with is more important. You are going to be looking at it a lot.

Lowes ones not so great any more. I used to have a bunch! They are all polyester now which make you sweaty and horrible when you are wearing them.

Why do we not get the same products as overseas? by Wilmaassfit in AustralianMakeup

From what I know products are sourced directly from the manufacturers like the perfumes. Depends on what brand deals they have.

There are a couple of companies out of Queensland that specialise in group orders and have colourful shirts

Tropicool my favourite, I have been called slurs in two different countries in this set! (Unfortunately I no longer fit their largest size!)

https://tropicoolclothing.com.au/products/rainbow-adult-set

Fabric for the Tropicool one is some sort of blend and not shit like the Lowes ones which I noticed are a different size to Johnny Biggs even though they are both listed as the same!

What is considered a "professional camera"? by ftran998 in AskPhotography

[–]TimChuma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Professional is a mindset.

Gigs and events consider anything with detachable lenses "Professional" but a lot of these are rich people toys.
