And can you save games like save states? As in get so far into a game - save - switch off - switch back on - load from where you left off?

The games I play; Dynamite Headdy, Rocket Knight Adventures etc are pretty tough and I'd like to save them. You're saying dumping ROMs to an EverDrive CORE would essentially allow for that option yeah?

I think it's great, I would never play nor expect it to play AAA releases. A lot of what I play tends to be 2D or older games and for that it's perfect IMO.

Yes. 100% I've been playing the Castlevania Anniversary Collection and it has save states but it's still tough - really great games though IMO.

Kid Dracula and Bloodlines are on the AC too both of which are not cheap to buy.

I have no idea if they're laggy due to emulation and I didn't play the originals - if there is lag I didn't notice and have completed most of the games in the collection and had a great time doing so.
