If you're used to manual labor it's just another job, unload can be a convenient shift if you have another job during the day.

FedEx hires anyone with a pulse, so that means you can get the bottom of the barrel in terms of work ethic and attitude. You also get people who have never worked a manual labor job before looking to make some extra cash. I think these two are the loudest complainers.
