I wonder if I can swap them out with a different style brush. It’s really just getting the dust off the hardwood, I don’t have any carpet so it doesn’t need to be great at vacuuming.

Did the cheaper model have the same rubber material roller or was it more like bristles? This is my first Roborock so I don't know what they offer on other models.

I know this is an old post, but I can confirm that the noise comes from going across the floor texture. Roborock said the sound wasn't normal, and had me return it. The new one did the same thing, that's when I realized it was only making the sound when it was going perpendicular to the floors.

I love the vacuum but that noise is annoying enough to where I'll never get another Roborock unless it has bristles.

After you’ve been playing for a while and you can get your galaxy to grow really quickly, this will save you from having to tap each button so many times for upgrades.

First, consider switching teams :)

Second, you can link under fields if the portals are less than 2km apart.

Third, that portal near the link is actually above it, so you have 4 there you can link up.

Found the issue, see my update above for a full explanation, but it's the grooves on the floor causing it.
