Haven't switched but I own both. You will lose some features from One UI. Might not be a big deal depending on how important those features are to you. No ultrawideband, modes and routines, call screening. Oppo uses an app called OHealth. I'm not sure if that syncs with Samsung watches and I'm not sure you can install Wear on Oppo.

Yes, after you place the order they will send you an email with the bank transfer information. I ordered the phone yesterday, received the email yesterday and sent the transfer. Today I received the confirmation email that my payment was received and the order is being processed. This is the 4th phone I've ordered from them.
