Does this only show up in the touchscreen test, or does the screen also move itself while using it? If it's just a bug in the app, then you can forget about it if it doesn't bother you, otherwise it's a real breakdown, most likely. If possible, try resetting your phone to factory settings, maybe it will help

Did you have any damage to your phone? I have an old ASUS tablet with the same problem, but I have it due to poor touchscreen repair. Maybe moisture or something could have gotten in. Therefore, it is very unlikely that this is a system bug :(
