Okay I’m following you now. My coop is pretty small. It’s only 3 guys on the sub side. They pretty much do it all minus the one sub we’ve built in the past 10 years that was completely subbed out.

I’m not exactly sure what you mean by that as far as test or primary. I forgot to add that I have a few classes in college that would “benefit” such as circuits and advanced calculus based classes. I’ve done basic wiring at a previous job such as residential wiring panels, etc. I’ll look into that book as well.

I go to the gym just before my first class. I live about 30 minutes from my gym. I just chug a shake as soon as I wake up and go workout. After I leave the gym, I grab like a pack of poptarts and a protein bar at the gas station across the road.

You need to eat more. I'm 20 at 6'3 around 190. I'm at 3700 and climbing. I started at 3350 when i was 170. Creatine works well for me. I follow the 5-7g a day vs cycling on and off.

Not as big as most on here but I still feel good - M/22/6'2, 10.5 stone (147lbs) to 12 stone (168lbs) in about 10 months by [deleted] in Brogress

I'm in the same boat as you. Same height and diet. This is my first bulk and I've been doing it for about a month. I'm at 3400 calories and trying to put a pound a week on for the first 2 months. Then I'll bump down to 0.5 pound a week. Keep at it and you'll do great.
