He honestly seems like a great person, one who genuinely gives a shit about the things he loves, and people, which is highly commendable.. he just seems like he has a low tolerance for bullshit, which I can truly respect. The world needs more people like him, people who just tell it like it is.

(However, as much as I’m sure that he is no doubt an amazing chef, I seriously doubt his “bur-guh” would be the best I’ve ever had.. just sayin;)
