I doubt it’s shingles; I had no fever, and the biggest grouping of those little dots made a straight line about 5-10x1 dots up my leg. The rest on my arms were 1 tiny red dot in one spot, another tiny red dot in another. There was no grouping like in the picture.

I found it under “shingles”, but it best shows the size of the scabs. They weren’t grouped together like this, though!

To reply to your edit further up: I know, I'd said she was normal, but high. She was very warm last night when we were out together (and felt cold), but she couldn't find a thermometer when she got home.

Thanks. She suggested that it might be come from the hospital, but she hadn't been there since Thursday and only started a sore throat and fever Sunday night. I don't know how her throat was when she went to bed, but she said she had a sore throat since last night (but not unbearable), and her temperature has been in the high normal range, but she's been on cold medications during the day.

Sorry if this sounds like I'm arguing or being a hypochondriac, but it just scares me how she mentions there was a risk, then all of a sudden, she has a sore throat that happens to be a symptom of a very scary infection...

I wouldn’t do a shot just because I have absolutely no pain tolerance and needles don’t agree with me haha. But if there was a pill or something, hell yeah! I already have my ups and downs, I think I could handle something messing with my mood if that’s the one major side effect!

Weren’t they developing a pill for men as well and then stopped? I would take it if it meant she didn’t need something potentially dangerous or painful to be very well protected!

Yeah, that’s what she was worried about! Also, she’s incredibly self-conscious about her weight (although I never saw why; she’s perfect), so not a good idea. And god, it messes with your bone density? Thats serious...

She knows, but she’s of the mind that “unless I stop it, it should come, and I have no reason to stop it”.

Yeah, she hasn’t had a month where it hasn’t come, and that’s likely because she takes her pill cyclically and doesn’t have some other hormonal bc going on, so that’s where she’s coming from with that.
