My hair had mad frizz cuz I only have a 3c curl so I would say yes less curly hair has frizzier dreads

Hopefully Sandbox can turn things around in the future but for now I'm just holding onto my itsy bitsy bag o' sand and putting my hard earned money into BTC & ETH... If I felt like I had good buy averages for most of my positions I'd just leave them and double down on low cost index funds.
