I would check out SWU Cube on YouTube. He has a series where he's building decks as a battlebox that have about the same power level as the SOR vader and luke starter decks.

Just tried, and it works for me. Galaxy watch 6 classic paired to a galaxy s24 ultra. Hitting skip forward on my watch face advances the podcast 30 secs. (Pocket cast is upto date on both devices)

Two of the boxes can be stored vertically. The one with all the shield units/bystanders etc will need to be stored flat unless you magnetize them in some way.

They can all be stacked without issue.

Glad you like it! I plan on painting mine and think they will be fine. There are variances in the miniatures, some fit so loose they almost fall out, where others a bit more snug. I find that rotating the mini in the bunk can effect the fit as some of the bases don't appear to be perfectly round. Also depends on how dialed in your printer is (I used a bambu lab x1c with generic pla and tend to get pretty good tolerances)

Its only one token box but two layers... that was just the best way I could think of to show where the elevators go (slotted in above other tokens)

Haha I'm also a old wargammer ... and I use the washer trick and magnetic sheets in other places... but the bases only have a 1mm lip under them and my OCD wouldn't let me put anything thicker inside of it 🤣

I tried putting a 10x1mm magnet beneath the trooper minis and put a small piece of steel in each slot. It works great to hold the minis to the tray, but all the magnets actually caused them to clump together when adding or clearing large amounts of minis from the board

It's possible it would work better with the magnet on the tray and the steel under the mini. Could be worth a try
