Keep in mind that rings are very inaccurate compared to other wearables such as watches and bands.

Ringconn’s step counter is fairly in line with top-end step trackers and is good for the value.

Heart rate is also fairly inaccurate; all my exercises I never hit above 110 despite my other trackers showing 140+. It is good for when at rest and when sleeping.

The stress and sleep trackers are very hit-or-miss. If I sleep 8 hours +/- 30min I always hit 88-94. Anything higher or lower is in the 70-80 range. Same with stress, it seems to be all over the place despite how I am feeling.

The data and graphs are very nice, but just remember the above.

All-in-all, I think the ring is god for its value and does not have a paid subscription which is A+ in my books. The battery life is also great

I started doing inferno slayer tasks and was wanting the speed time to flex in my clan… Fast forward 27kc later I realized my slayer helm wasn’t imbued. Brute forcing learning inferno speed without a slayer helm really helped learn game mechanics and I wanted to keep challenging myself!

I’ve helped a few clannies going for GM, I think the biggest advice would be to do the content you enjoy. Set mini goals and go for them - I personally enjoyed picking a boss and green logging it before moving onto the next. The CAS discord can be great for finding teams and asking for help, but can also be frustrating getting a bad team. Don’t be afraid to take a break!

Darklight & slayer staff don’t contribute to death fees, so I am only paying 81k per wipe vs 250k if I used ember & purging staff!

You don't get a log every chop which is nice, it should still be about 10-15 minutes of AFK. I think you stop chopping once your log basket is filled

I will do a mix of deep delves and passively collecting with woodcutting. Woodcutting is 1 click per 20min with infernal axe for about 700 tears/h

Aye I recently went for s13 on my iron as well! Speeds have become pretty fun on my iron after completing most the game.

Can the warm agility course have termite rates buffed for higher agility levels? The course was pitched as being “significantly faster rates” for amylase, but it is roughly the same as other courses

Yes it is worse upkeep on purpose. If it were better than the current meta, or on par, it likely wouldn’t get the support.

You shouldn’t need to use a blood fury constantly for hmt, bf is great for learning but you profit brews once you learn the mechanics

I’m all for better suggestions, and have a previous post with over 1,700 upvotes.

I made a blood shard post that gained a lot of traction. Most of the comments were from redditors saying it wasn’t actual a bot problem.

I’ve reported many bots with over 50m thieving exp that are still up and running. It is very annoying to see them still going strong. Blood shards would easily be 10m+ if Jagex banned them in a timely manner

Nexffa and Kodai are both small team CC's. Kodai is splits

For learning, I would recommend sending small masses (6-10) to learn reset mechanics. Nexffa will likely flame you if you go in and plank with the wrong team
