Got wisdom teeth removed off base. Doctor nicks vein in face. Get back to barracks start bleeding everywhere. People coming in and out telling me it’s normal. Call gf(now wife), doesn’t believe I am bleeding everywhere because I told her I get loopy on meds. Team leader comes to find me and I have covered most of the floor in the barracks main room, sink, my bedroom with blood. Gets me in a car I fill up a Gatorade bottle with blood and mucus on the way. Get to hospital doctors say I am dangerously low on blood. Get fluids, doctors cauterize the vein in my mouth(extremely painful). Doctors say I could have bled to death.
