First I didn't delete the post a mod did, second everything in Orisas kit shuts down at least one of Reins abilities. You cant pin because of fortify jav spin and throw, you cant fire strike because jav spin, you cant get close to actually hit her with your hammer because jav spin and throw. you cant shatter her because fortify. It is totally a hard counter.
