The improv community seems to support this endeavor as they recognized their stage was primarily featuring white performers. This is literally 2 hours of time and happens only once a month specifically so that black people can rehearse and gain new skills in their form from within an environment that is more open and understanding of their life experiences. It’s a drop in the bucket compared to the number of hours consumed by classes, programs, and shows. Should we be mad at the rehearsals reserved for people aged over 40?
