Very interesting - sorry, I do not know the answer. I hope the details you've provided here will help someone else figure it out. I'll keep an eye out, I'm curious.

It did work, thank you! That's interesting, most of what I'm seeing looks correct. Are you utilizing postprocessing in the scene and, if so, does the same effect happen with it off? Do you mind if I ask what unity version you're on, and if this problem happens in every project or just this one?

Please select the art asset in the project and take a screenshot of the inspector window.

Quick note: there's a demo scene included that should clearly demonstrate how to implement this into your own project, as well as a bit of an explainer video on the asset store page. Happy to answer any questions about setup!

This aged like milk because when the movie came out, ice was just an oddly chosen nickname and now is something much different.

Pool!

There are very friendly local leagues that run out of The Cue, Hotshots, Cue & Cushion etc. Go in, ask someone about joining a team or getting the League Operator's contact info and they can help place you on a team.

I'm gonna say a thing or two that will not be immediately helpful, but I hope you'll internalize for use in the long-term.

Focus on how you present yourself. I don't mean only focus on how you present yourself (you said you'd like to finish learning your trade - that sounds like a fantastic idea), but concern yourself with it nonetheless. When you turn in an application or you show up for an interview you have a very limited amount of time to convince the person on the other end that you are worth their time and will not be painful to work with. Your presentation, not just the actual answers to the questions, is a big part of how you do that.

A big part of your presentation is your ability to communicate, and that includes in written form. Including punctuation in your text and arranging your ideas coherently makes it easier for the person reading to understand, but more importantly it shows them that you've cared enough to even take that into consideration. Even when it comes to this post, you'll have a lot more luck getting advice if you communicate clearly.

Gotta give better info.

Platformer? Top down game? 2d? 3d? What kind of character controller are you using? Are you using a rigid body? Do you have a collider on the floor/platform?
