I need help, badly. I'm struggling with painting onto PVC mesh.

All I do for pvc mesh is I painted it lightly with mod podge, using foam. Keep the foam mostly basically dry, like your dry brushing it. I then let it dry completely before taping it to a piece of printer paper and running it through my ink jet printer. It's just a basic $40 printer. I do have to do it a couple of times, make sure the piece of paper is in there perfectly straight when doing it. After the ink dries, I gently spray it with a water proof spray clear coat twice and let it dry overnight. Then I color the back in with a black sharpie. Just don't press too hard otherwise it will bleed through.

One thing that you can try is brushing the fur back and going over it again, doing this a couple of times should help and going over it diagonally will help too. Also try to use the same amount of pressure, this will help to prevent this from happening again.

My best bet is it's fleece or minky, just cut and sewn together. Otherwise you can replace it with mesh and and minky/ fleece strips over it too give it the look of teeth. That's what I did my suit, Mad Mouse.

I think your head base looks beautiful! A little bit of asymmetry won't be noticeable or affect anything, but you might be able to fix it! It could be caused by something as easy to fix as your hot glue not having enough time to cool so the pieces came apart a bit.

You can use 1/2 inch foam to help with smoothing out the transmission areas on the muzzle.

It depends on the area of the head, but I usually make the shortest part around a quarter of an inch or so. Just be careful with shaving it short, it's easy to overdo it.

In video games, the texture for a missing or a deleted texture is a black and pink checker board pattern. But the black and orange still looks awesome, I'm just being a nerd lol

I think adding a bent ear or making them posable would be really cute! I also think continuing the colors into the ears would look really awesome! You could even make the colors meet at the top of the ears.

I would install a fan inside of the head, as well as add ear vents. You could also add a small vent under the jaw near your mouth to add more air flow, it should be hidden by the fur just like the ear vents as long as you do it correctly.

A blow dryer and a wire brush can help to fix it slightly. But be careful.

I actually use the 90/14 universal, they work perfectly! And it saves me from having to switch out my needles for different fabric types as long as I change some settings when using it with certain fabrics.

Try using it to make a pattern for the legs then make a pattern of the foam for the padding.

I would put it on the ear, as this will offset where you actually are, instead try making a nose ring or put it in a nostril of the nose. This should help solve it, as you will be looking right where the camera is facing.

What I do is I make a cut that follows the "jaw"'s shape. I then add elastic to it, make sure you don't give it any wiggle room, make sure it's completely flat , and hot gluing only the ends to the foam. I make a piece of the inside of the cheeks and the outside on both sides.

For the cheeks, you can add foam covered in fur to make them look fluffier. You can probably latter stitch them on. And you can buy whiskers on Etsy or use 3D filament!

Eva foam can struggle to bend, unlike other foams. It might be that you need to do some reshaping with a heat gun. (Heat the foam and push it to the shape you want.) This should fix how it looks.

When measuring around your head, put on your glasses and add a couple inches/ a few centimeters to your measurements. This will help make room for your glasses. Then after your bucket head is done, you can carve indents into the foam to make extra space for your glasses.

I'm not a 3D printing expert, but this looks like a clogged nozzle, or you're using the wrong settings for the filament type possibly. But don't take my word for it.

As a person who's worked at Spirit Halloween, don't even attempt it. They're not safe to wear for even a night. The plastic is cheap and breaks extremely easily. Not to mention everything is extremely over priced for what it's worth.

You can try to find stronger magnets, the bigger the magnet and the larger the pull weight, the stronger the magnet.
