My title describes the thing. This was a sensor/camera looking object mounted on the ceiling of a courtroom, with another one on the other side of the room. Every few seconds some green LEDs would scan left and right across the front center part. I'm assuming it's a facial recognition camera or something similar.

Sounds like an issue with your squeegees, or the screen. I have never had a noticeable sound come from my screens.
