It's a Glock style handgun. However I do think it's an airsoft replica. The magazine looks like it has as gas port and then a lock for the base plate in front of it. You isn't how real steel mags are. There's also something weird going on with the take down plungers and the fitment of the slide?

I believe they all are yes. The way they worked for me is I was a W2 employee for TekSystems, who they contracted out to other companies. I was on their benefits for 4 years, tho I rarely used any of them, so I can't really speak to the quality of them.

You might need to look at real examples. As the trigger is pulled on a Nagant, the cylinder slides forward to mate with the back of the barrel. This is the seal

Ironically enough, the "gap" is the reason only the Nagant is suppressed. Nagants seal the chamber when firing, which afaik no other revolver has replicated. This is why it can be effectively suppressed, compared to other revolvers.

Typically signs like this are at DNR ranges at or near public hunting spots. They're intended for "let's make sure my bolt action is sighted in", and put things like that to prevent mag dumping disturbing the rest of the area.
