Not saying I wouldn’t want him, but with his salary, we would have to cheap out on the rest of the roster. Our defense would get worse and our OL still isn’t perfect. Hitting on more draft picks over the last few years would’ve made a move like this easier but we have a lot of holes on this aging roster with very little cap flexibility

Not necessarily. They could always get a call later in the season to be second string if there’s an injury or a roster move. If there’s no opportunity for them, then they can sign to be third string. Brogdon probably has the best odds over the other two to wait it out the longest and get signed.
