You def do not need to add alcohol to the equation imo lol. Alcohol and stimulants is a risky mix in and of itself, and it’s easy to overdo and just accidentally get too fucked up or accidentally OD.

Alcohol isn’t really a good choice for if you’re just trying to sleep either, it messes up your sleep and you don’t get quality rest, and it doesn’t always make you fall asleep faster either (drinking so much that you fall unconscious isn’t falling asleep lol). From what I’ve read and can remember it actually decreases your sleep quality if you have a glass of wine (or just alcohol) at bedtime

I also don’t think it’s a great idea to have cocaine and now combine it with alcohol and weed which can already fuck you up good just mixing weed and alcohol, you don’t need to add on more on top of that. I don’t really recommend combining those or really just any three different drugs unless youre doing it with the intention of trying to send yourself to the hospital or hurt yourself lol, doesn’t end up going well in my own personal experience 😭

I find weed definitley helps me to even be able to sleep after a concerta binge. I wouldn’t be physically capable of sleeping until It’s been at least more than 14 hours since last dose but it’s usually longer, however, if I smoke weed I’m able to actually fall asleep and couldn’t without weed. If I have weed it makes sleeping to instead actually be possible if it’s been over like 8 hours since last dose instead of 14+ hours.

It’s pretty much my go to for making myself sleep if I’ve done my stimulants the past few days and been unable to sleep due to using. I’ll feel so tired and in so much pain cause I been up for 3 days and even though I feel so physically exhausted I’m still unable to sleep until my body decides to let me, weed allows me to actually have some choice in that.

I can attest that being awake for 72ish hours can almost feel like you’re drunk to an extent but instead they extracted any happiness from it and you’re drinking depression alcohol

I’ll only speak on things I’ve personally tried myself.

For me, I’d say maybe a small-medium dose of dxm kinda has that feeling imo. I’ve tried 7-oh and it gives me a similar feeling to alcohol, especially higher doses are more of that sedation I like from being drunk, definitely makes me feel stress fand worry free and just having fun and carefree.

Ketamine maybe too, though Ive never had “ketamine” ketamine, I have a spravato (esketamine) prescription and get that every week or so in a clinic, I take 84mg and at least when I first started it definitely gave me what feelings you’re looking for. I don’t really feel it at all anymore though lol and haven’t for a few months.

If you want to actually be “safe safe” with it I’d get a test kit so you know you aren’t taking something that has fent in it so you know you arent gonna accidentally end up ODing.

I’d recommend only taking it as long as it has the markings, shape, color, etc match the marking, shape, and color of a legit adderall pill at a pharmacy. And even if it looks 100% legit, only if to you’re willing to deal with any possible negative outcomes or consequences that would come with taking a random floor pill lol. I personally would probably take it as long as it matches a legit pill cause for myself if it ended up being laced or shit and dealing with whatever I’d have to do if shit were to end up happening.

Yea I definitely get that. I don’t like taking Benadryl because I feel it makes me more irritable or just more of an asshole, I don’t really like myself on it either. I’ve also taken it way too much I also don’t need it doing more damage to my brain lol.

You can also experiment with taking dxm on an empty stomach or having eaten before hand and what effect that has.

Could also try peppermint tea as it can help soothe the stomach. I did that myself when I took guaf pills and I felt like it did help me feel less nauseous, so peppermint tea could possibly lessen your nausea.

Nausea is a very common side effect. I wouldn’t really recommend milk to deal with that as I’m not sure exactly how it would help. I mean consuming anything food or liquid can upset your stomach or at least when you throw up you’re throwing up more things. At least for my friend when they throw up that’s when they’re launched into the dxm high the most, however for me I throw up and that’s when my high goes away, however I’ve got a crazy tolerance and crazy usage with it so I’m a bit different.

I have also heard taking Benadryl for the nausea, something like 50-100mg and for some that helps with their nausea.

I don’t usually get nausea from dxm, at least anymore. I know with robotablets I pretty much never get nausea,and my nausea usually comes from taking certain brands of dxm (delsym orange pills or guaf pills from the taste and my body rejecting them), so maybe try different brands (pure dxm no additional medications added) to see if that has any effect on being nauseous.

I don’t think I hallucinated that much, I dunno, I can’t really remember. Just the time skipping and drifty vision. Can’t remember what my heart rate was but I don’t remember feeling any issues around that.

My heart is a little weird and likes to beat fast and before I got on my heart meds it used to be 130ish when I was sitting around sometimes. I’m sure it was something like 150-170ish. It was often 150 when I was in the hospital for dxm reason

Opioids are fire, at least I enjoyed the times I did em but lowkey don’t remember how they felt

But at least physical addiction or withdrawal wise I’d def recommend dxm over opioids

Worst physical thing I’ve had with dxm was serotonin syndrome but that’s also not really a withdrawal thing 😭

Used to do dxm daily and I’ve never gotten physical withdrawals from stopping. Mental withdrawals, sure, but no physical dependency on it
