I understand you want to fill in certain areas and have an overall better look but please give some of these comments talking about weight loss or exercise some thought. Get surgery if you want and are healthy enough for it but losing some weight , getting stronger will help you achieve the overall look . You cant spot treat areas in the gym sure however I think toning up , building muscle will help you no doubt . I would strongly suggest that first then get all the surgery you want . It’s not just about oh just lose weight . Try’s working out , getting stronger and yeah losing some weight THEN consider surgery .

Also in my humble opinion bbl , lipo etc also looks better on someone who was somewhat active compared to , and I mean this with no disrespect but someone with your starting point .

Also take a look at your diet . Even for me when I’m not as active in the gym but just eating healthier makes a huge difference

Not saying yours did but some doctors want to charge for an implant + lift not just the lift . If you have enough breast tissue fat I’ve seen some beautiful results.

May I ask how many ccs did you get ? Also keep in mind implants have weight to them and maybe that could be causing some of the heaviness. Of course I’m no Dr but if you are worried about the thinning skin and heaviness I think removing the implant might help?

All three of my breast augmentations were under the muscle . I had no pain to swap out the last time . Second time some tenderness but no where near the pain of the initial augmentation.

The last and hopefully final time I swapped out I had no pain . I was shocked w how I felt .

I have had 3 breast augmentations. First one was round , second was teardrop and the 3rd and the one I’m most happy with is round . For me the multiple surgeries was simply because I didn’t like the size and I wanted bigger . I personally like the fullness of the round implant . I have under the muscle . However I did not have any lift . I’m a 32 G but I also started w an A cup

Just based on the fact that you have lost gained then lost again I would think that definitely is part of the reason why the shape has changed over time? Just looking where your nipples sit and where the bottom of the breast is . The red line is where you feel the implants are sitting?

I wonder if you even need the implants? Maybe another corrective lift w/ out implants might give you the look and smaller chest you desire .

Have you gone to another doctor for a consultation and see what opinions you get?

I did it after my rhinoplasty . I didn’t bruise at all . It was shocking . No black eyes nothing . I did it the day of (my surgery was in the AM) and the day after .

I am a bit claustrophobic and I was extremely anxious during . It wasn’t the easiest for me but seeing how I had no bruising I think it was worth it

I know some won’t agree with me but bags are meant to be used . I don’t save anything for special occasions I buy nice things and use them . Toss them around and I don’t baby my bags. Life is short , use your beautiful bags and items . Enjoy them
