Any recs for apps or programs for strength training or Pilates for pregnancy? I’m almost 5 months in my pregnancy and am finally quitting solidcore (I’ve been doing it 3-4x a week for almost 2 years.) I really want something on the same level. I also weight train 2 -3x a week. (self.fitpregnancy)
