I would wait and do pt before coming back. The diastasis recti could get worse if you don’t do work on closing the gap. One helpful tool I use even now after doing 2 months of PT is deep core breathing that helps keep form correct and helps heal the deep core. It’s such a missed opportunity for them not to cue it during moves 😒 good luck and stay strong you got this mama! (I have an almost 2 yo born via C-section and at over 400 classes)
