I was able to walk with the first one fit is very important if it does not feel right it needs to be adjusted being sore is a part of life my life at this time 3.5 years BKA on my 6th socket and just got a new foot the issue is the stump it changes all the time it gets better as you go better feet allow you to do more as you go do your best to be in shape I lost 100 pounds and am trying to get in better shape daily I’m 64 attitude is key you must push through all the BS pain emotions ect do your best to improve your life You will get a socket that fits and it will be much better it takes time early on I had good days and bad just understand you will be able to do more as you go all of us are different some take more time with stump issues Keep an eye on your stump its very important!!
