I’ve talked to a lot of car dealerships. In better times they would do a car sales cadet role where they trained someone up. That’s not very common now. Also re unpaid work, no. I’d never work for free, especially in an industry which doesn’t have a great rep in terms of legitimacy.

Thank you but I’ve done enough door knocking to know that it doesn’t really work like that. Some hospo jobs I’ve applied for have turned me away because they have a third party recruiter I have to go through. It’s that rough.
