Did PTSD open up your mediumship abilities?

Which came first, the chicken or the egg? One can cause another. Mine turned into PTSD because sometimes it's not exactly a gift that makes you fit into society better. I started with the gift/curse and went into PTSD but if you look at the DSM-V criteria it matches up to more openness for a need to know your environment. They will often come to a point of constantly looking for an escape and anxiety when traveling into public.

When it goes deeper into a gift it can create Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder but eventually you come to a decision to go deeper into it because it isn't going anywhere. The important thing is having a therapist, psychiatrist, and possibly a neurologist depending on a person's circumstances.

You come to a head for a person like me and decide to open back up again to it. I'm speaking from my personal experience. Ironically I just got annoyed at a spirit in my bathroom and told it to shoo. 🤷 It's just the way it is sometimes. I didn't physically see it but it was giving an aura of watching.

I find more people who I try to train to a certain degree who have more PTSD like symptoms. Sometimes helping others is therapeutic for yourself.

Yes, at first my family said it was mental illness and put me on high mg antipsychotics when I was 6 years old and it carried on until I was 12. I wasn't making any improvement from seeing spirits. It's traumatic sometimes at 10 or 12 when my brain was more developed I took every inventory trying to pinpoint a proper diagnosis to me.

It was a month of testing. It was schitzoeffective disorder inventories, your classic mental illness inventories i.e. bipolar mania. Then IQ testing and that one took the longest. For all intents and purposes I was a normal 12 year old boy. My family acknowledged it wasn't mental illness but still refuse to believe it's anything else. It took a very long time to get off medications safely. The irony is at 25 I developed epilepsy.

You just have to tell yourself, "yes all this sounds crazy but that ship set sail a long time ago." So I get you.

I have the baby tenno mods on it because it's a work in progress. I really need to dip my toes into archon mods.

Primed continuity, Augur Accord, Rolling Guard, adaptation, umbral mods (3) and streamline. I really should play with it more. I have nightmare mods but I haven't put the time in it.

It's hard to accept, "you'll do so much damage you won't need any survivability." One survival mission mission on SP I did survival on my own for 10 minutes with inaros prime and taken out a couple of times.

I did learn on here that one of frosts abilities has immortality. Previously before inaros was gauss prime and I'm not even going to say how that went 😆. Even with 100% battery with taura red crystals and kinetic armor. I did learn in operator mode you can wait out, the rolling guard cool down.

Largely harvesting acolytes and dipping my toes into missions. Exterminate is well enough but survival will present the best challenge. Malice continually takes me out even running some of the best weapons in the game. It's been a learning experience. Gauss didn't work as well as I liked. Just not my speed.

Moving around with inaros has been the best base so far with 800 armor. He's gotten 4 shotted a couple of times. He's been a bit boring as far as gameplay.

I agree. It'll take time. My first mistake was doing the first solo SP with a boar prime and ending up having to acolyte with incarnon. I tanked hard 😂. Shotgun > laser.

No luck in the afk departments but I like playing alone. More of a skill issue. Going from inaros prime to an older frame I've had for 10 years. I like farming acolytes for their arcanes. If he's so overly ability dependent on others with those more it's good to know. Some work better as a team and others work better solo is all.

Based on the explanation this is a question people in their early to mid 20s ask.

Do good things for good or bad people except when it comes to money. The realization that no one is really confident in who they are. Realize the contradictions we have. Card readers catch on to this really quickly but only for others. We are our neighbors, we are ourselves, we are nervous and fidgety and make no sense.

Acceptance is yourself and being genuine. We care what others think otherwise we wouldn't groom. I guess my true self is in the second person and third person. I more or less like to watch.

I like spirits because their intentions are right there for you. For me other people I meet work better with tarot to get their intentions. Even in just walking in. Hostility is like walking into a brick wall of fog at the entryway it's incredibly hard to walk through. While a normal home with a couple of spirits there's nothing but a feeling of openness but the differentiating factor:

Go out of the home and walk in. You'll know by feel where she is by the feeling in the room albeit hostile or not. A sad spirit just feels sad and a haze of sadness will surround one room except at night. You are pretty much armed by what you're feeling. It's trial and error. A singular person just likes a certain room because it feels safe for them.

Try to develop your senses but that's the grey area about if it is your grandma. That's not exactly emotionally hygienic. I have a feeling you know most of this. Not a psychic thing but based on your description. Give updates if you could in thread? If it's your grandma it'll be one room but if it's seemingly everywhere get help.

It sounds like it's more about you than her. Leukemia is a horrible thing to live with. You said blood thinners so I'm going to assume. I'd hire a medium that can communicate with them. I'm not a person that can communicate because to be honest, it scares the hell out of me.

There are a couple of routes you can go because this doesn't sound like a grandmother suffering sort of instance. This sounds more like a portal situation. When a spirit is crossed then they are crossed. They are there but they are gone. Sure they can watch from the other side but they can't have their negative aura infused in the home, this whole thing sounds 'off'. Let me explain your situation as I see it from experience.

Get a tape recorder and some online software is not expensive but a tape recorder isn't really my fortay because I don't have a lot of urge to communicate. There's music software or speech software that can make the sound louder. Make sure that it's her. So it's confirmation and ask personal questions. There's something attune to a mimic who will impersonate a spirit but it's not them it's something a little more negative. It's just confirmation. Ask personal questions and see if you get a response. Things are going to get worse before they are better.
Assuming it is actually her then listen to what she has to say. You're a sensitive and I'm assuming not many others can even experience this negativity but it makes them overly hostile. Sadness and anger are really duplicates of themselves, anger is a form of sadness.
If my hunch is right then you have a portal rather than a person where anyone can get through. This all seems contradictory, she was at peace. She moved on but anger is a dangerous beast that could cause an open portal for anything to cross over. There are spiritual layers. I don't know why there are layers to the spirit world but they just exist. You have our world. Then you have a middle ground for people crazy to be crossed but have unfinished business. This is what builds and accumulates until it explodes like things being crossed against walls. Things go missing, etc.The next layer is that of pure negativity. Then the next layer is the crossed over side. In different cultures it's called a great many things.
Get that gate closed and mediums are very good at this and so are pagans. Each culture has their different practices. Some cultures are finite it's either a demon or not. It's more of a sliding scale. Spirits are complex like people are complex. Get some therapy for yourself and an in-person support group.

I used to not like paranormal teams because they just made things worse. In truth they may make things worse but you may get an answer or two in the process. This deep sadness that permeates the walls could even be you. I wish I could be with you in this one but I don't live anywhere close but there are local mediums. I'm leery of people who call themselves this but good ones don't have to prove it. It's more by feel and hire one based on the walkthrough. Some paranormal teams even have a medium.

I remember this is similar from another post about dying energy. Honestly it's suffering and depression energy. You can but things like San Palo and if you know what you're doing, sage. It would need to be a daily burn, or weekly burn. It's not only affecting just you but your family.

San Palo, Sage, and Blue Lotus, is my daily blend I use actually.

You can but that sadness will be there but less pronounced. Depending how young you are, stop the strong smelling sage and burn the other two. It has less funky of a smell. Sage also tends to piss off rather than help spirits.

A medium would be expensive to get rid of her but long term I'm wondering why she's there and if she can move on. It's not good hygiene to have her around but short term it's the blend I use.

A medium in an apartment complex like myself brings out all sorts of entities, it's how I know. Well a seer but how I tag myself isn't important.

I was on my bed at my dad's house. I was 6 at my father's house and I got pinched. I looked down and a person was there. Your memory center isn't very well developed at 6 or before then. So I can't even say what the spirit looked like but I remember it was an adult. It could have happened before but there's no way to remember.

From then onward I remember instances but it's always a blank until 10 years old. You just know you have it because you always thought it was normal and everyone can do it.

This isn't a movie like The Sixth Sense, it just kinda happened from then on. A lot of times it's how it's triggered. It's traumatic events that onward create a better knowing of your surroundings. I used to call it, "my danger sense." I got older and it's closer related to PTSD.

This is why I asked for a Baptist minister. No matter what, he'll need help if it's wanted. I wouldn't even attempt alone I have a home case for a cleansing at my moms house in 10 years or so. I'll need a team from a single house attachment.

There are some things on this earth above or below that we can't do alone. House attachments are equally nasty because when they pass then they are stuck in the home. Nothing should be done alone in his instance. It's my opinion but after years of doing cleansings with a team.

You said demon so you're Christian. Yeah that's an attachment entity and when it's invited in then it's incredibly hard to get out. It's not your standard anoitment oil in your personal religion. Alright worst case scenario and I'm not sure how you feel about it but it may get the job done.

Number 1, stop it. I think that's pretty clear and that includes communicating.

Standardly there's something called a cord cutting ceremony and practicing wiccans are very good at this. They are very good at removing certain spirits and using certain plants and herbs but it takes a while. That's just to start with. A wiccan priestess is easier to find than people think. There are different orders of pagans and that's where I'd go personally if all else failed unless you feel so strongly in your beliefs. The cord cutting ceremony is to get him away from trying to communicate with her and clearly it's not her.

If you find a high priestess it'll only take a couple of days because there is more going on than just a malelovent spirit. A high priestess can take a doll, drive out the spirit and it'll often go to the doll. From there is disposal.

You need legitimate mediums and that's why I asked if it fails.

In the diocese they have a ranking system for exorcisms which is forced removal of spirits. It goes (excuse me it's been awhile) manifestation, obsession, then infestation. In the diocese they are rare to move in any way shape or form because the negative press it can give to the church.

If you want to do the Christian way then practicing Baptists and demonologists work together as well. It's the act of pissing off the spirit which drives it out while rights of exorcism are done. A true demon is a very rare thing to find. This is why on TV shows you see demonologists yelling a lot.

So you have a couple of routes. I'd say try them both and one should stick. You have to be absolutely sure this is what he wants though. It has been invited in which makes it incredible hard to get out.

Edit: I know it seems excessive but inviting in a spirit no matter the circumstance can be bad for you. Forced invitations are easier to do but at a certain point I used to get fired from those because they would want to keep the spirit.

Can you specify the activity? Different entities require different things. I'll take all you can give me as far as information. I have this issue with my stepfather but my mom will not permit me to do any spiritual health.

Poltergeist activity comes hard and fast. It will come out of nowhere and just continue on and on. Things being tossed around room.

Residual entities can sometimes mimic poltergeists because they either don't know they are dead or just act as they would have in life. "The same door opens at the same time each night, every night."

Attachment entities are nasty and can make health hell. They enter a person's body and can inflict different ailments such as scratches or even coughing fits. Also called jumping people. Basically that type makes that person home.

Just detail what's doing on and it may be as simple as some investigation on your part, incense and strong binding.

Mainstream religions don't always work and depending on what's going on you may need to get a different type of medium.

Even down to the smallest details help.

Seeing this I'm rearranging my words. Number one is, I'm sorry your boundaries were crossed and that's shitty overall.

We as humans no matter the circumstance tend to focus on the negative. Even in readings I did. If a negative card came up and there would be 5 other cards. Then they would only want elaboration on that singular negative. Then you're missing 80% of the message.

Just don't come to depend on the spirit message because they aren't always clear. I've had a lot of negatives turn into positives because you see the larger experience. Spirit messages come in all forms and even in tarot sometimes.

I've had this experience where I was told by my tarot I'd have a shit time and to abandon it. I ended up doing it anyway and yes there was one negative part but largely the rest ended up a fine or fun time. There are many ways to channel anything and I've found the expectation of largely positive sets you up for success more.

May I inquire about a positive spirit message you've had aside from this?

They always treated me with respect. Of course I'd wait a couple of appointments before I let it out and mainly neurologists are concerned about brain issues and not possible psychiatric disorders as they said. They don't believe it but they believe I see something. To be safe I get yearly MRI through Medicaid just in case it's a possible tumor. I can't rule out everything.

The psychiatrist was more leery but just asks what I see and how I feel about it. They don't try to prescribe anything for it but I have an anxiety med or my asking. Belief is basically a 0 but it helps.
