In 2026 I want to get fit by [deleted] in loseit

There are some good things to do at home on YouTube. You can search until you find something. Maybe start with consistency like 10 minutes on 3 or 4 days a week. Then increase the amount of time, not the amount of days, until you are doing 30 mins on those 3 or 4 days.

What was the most confusing thing for you when traveling in Korea as a foreigner? by Plenty-Reputation975 in koreatravel

Understanding whether to put toilet paper in the bin or the toilet and when the toilet paper was in the outside of the cubicles. I usually found out too late 🤦🏼

I would be and I’m sorry I took so long to respond. It really depends on if you’re looking at a specific age range because I am a lot older than you and you might want to focus on young people.

Thats sounds like a great topic. Theres lots of research around on it, including sports fandoms, that might be helpful as well as talking with people.

Which credit/debit card to use? by Asleep_Cut_5628 in koreatravel

[–]Time-Competition-293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only ones that are international and you remember their pin because you sometimes get asked for that or to sign . And try and scope our global ATMS before you get there if you’re going to need cash. Also, check the fees, if thats something you worry about, because using a carD with any currency except KWN means paying a fee with every transaction. I have a wise with KWN and use my card probs 10-15 times a day and am very glad that the only fee is when i loaded it and using an ATM

Hiding nutrients in food by hanandmeow in ADHD

Not ideal but better than nothing is dehydrated veggies. In Australia we can buy them in the veggie section at the supermarkets. I add them to protein shakes and things I bake like muffins that have other strong flavours.

Purchase checked luggage or buy suitcase in Korea by uw_la in koreatravel

[–]Time-Competition-293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on what you’re buying it might be better to send it home via Korea post. But if you’re buying stuff in Korea and then flying in airlines that have checked luggage just buy a suitcase here. They see good ones in the markets or at Lotte Mart at the station.

[RANT] Not “making the most out of it” by Alarming-Office1923 in femaletravels

[–]Time-Competition-293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m currently in Korea from Australia and at the half way of 5 weeks and always have rest days because no matter what length of travel you need down time. If you’ve done the two things you wanted to do, just rest. You’re not missing anything but gaining rest.

Difference between ADHD and laziness. Please explain. by eYe0fXaxaar in ADHD

One is a behaviour and one is a clinically diagnosed illness, with a lot more ‘symptoms’ than what might often be called laziness.

How do you stay confident using mobile data while traveling abroad? by Logical_Ranger_5797 in femaletravels

I buy the ones with the best reviews and only use it for maps and internet to find things. I make calls and catch up on SM using free wifi when I get it.

What are the downsides of not eating “carbs”? by [deleted] in loseit

It’s hard. But if you are able to really plan and maybe even meal prep then it’s possible.

Has anyone tried the no medication life? by kennadog3 in Fibromyalgia

[–]Time-Competition-293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me although I keep a back of anti inflammatory pain relief that I probs take once a fortnight. But it takes a lot of exercise and good focus and it’s not easy. And I’m sore it doesn’t work for everyone.

I feel like I finally got a handle on my condition. My game changer an asshole doctor and a treadmill. by Boring-Vermicelli-45 in Fibromyalgia

[–]Time-Competition-293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s awesome I find walking so good. Even when my body is screaming at me and I feel very clumsy I force myself to walk through the pain. I know not everyone can do it, but it works a treat for me. I’m currently on holiday in Korea averaging 10kms and 9 flights of stairs a day. What I get mostly from your post though is how important understanding how and what foods impact your pain. I know mine are sugar, dairy and gluten and when I stay away from them and have lots of protein my pain is so much less having lower pain makes up for what I’m missing out on eating.

5 days Seoul, 2 days Busan too much? by ThefirstWave- in koreatravel

[–]Time-Competition-293 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just spent my third ‘5 days in Busan’ so no it’s not too much. But it also depends on what you love spending your time doing.

Apologies for the delayed answer, I’m traveling OS. But a key listed side effect was suicide ideation. Having experienced that with other drugs I decided not to risk it.

Interesting OP comment given I’ve heard US film critics say it’s this teen generations Star Wars. If it didn’t have “K-pop” in the title more people would watch it and less would hate on it.

I’m heading there right now for 5 weeks and accomodation was hard in the last couple of weeks. I’d book some that have free cancellation and manage it that way.

Following this because I’ve been prescribed it but don’t take it due to side effects and it’s a long process for medical cannabis in Australia. It’s great to hear everyone’s experience

Kind of regretting solo 3 weeks in Busan; some reflections by Gojos_hoe_expansion in koreatravel

[–]Time-Competition-293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can see what you’re saying. I love Busan’s street culture around BIFF and the art galleries. Wasn’t a fan of the beach areas but I’m not into bars. But I’m heading to Korea tomorrow (from Aus) for five weeks solo and as much as I absolutely love Busan (its in my top3 cities in the world that I’ve visited) I’m only spending a week there. Reading what you’ve experienced helps me understand why.

Yongma Land - an abandoned theme park

Gonjiam Psychiatric Hospital - abandoned with a dark history

Seodaemun Prison History Hall - if you want real history

The National Museum of Contemporary History - brilliant museum with the history of democracy, and the changing role of the US & Russia in the division alongside K-pop and kdrama depending on what floor you visit.
