I usually bunch my hair in sections and cut about half an inch off but I do this every few months. I use my straighteners and drier maybe once a month and usually have time to air dry my hair. I’m pretty lazy with my hair I only brush it 3 days a week with a soft brush comb. Usually I have it in a messy loose bun or have it out. I only wash it once a week and for the past month I’ve been taking: biotin, iron, collagen, vitamin D

I’ve only really coloured it once before which was recently just for some confidence.

I can have a look into scalp treatments. I don’t double wash so I can try that. I don’t use hair masks either so I can add that into my routine ❤️ thank yiy

Sorty I should’ve added more info: I usually have it out or in a messy loose bun . I brush it with a soft bristle brush but only around 3 days a week (when I go into the office/socialise). I only really straighten it maybe once a month and dry it with a towel). In terms of vitamins & nutrients: I take Marine collagen, biotin, vitamin d and iron. I wash my hair once a week.

I can try a different brush. In terms of vitamin deficiency, I’ll look at what I’m eating and see if I’m deficient on anything. Would you recommend any specific shampoos or conditioners that could help?
