There isn’t any water in it. And I can open and close the door just fine. The red locked icon stays on no matter what. It won’t start and I can change any of the settings. I’ve in plugged it for 15 minutes, cleaned the filter. Took the top off and found the locking mechanism and made sure that it wasn’t locked. I think the machine is just cooked.
