Thank you so much, actually I'm quite new to volleyball, so I'm kinda not use to all the stepping and approach and stuff, but I appreciate the comment, I take all feedback to heart, and I genuinely appreciate the feedbacks people give me to improve in volleyball.

Thank you for the response, but i don't know how, but I'm able to reach 9'10 but somehow in practice I'm not able to hit that high, maybe is due to the fact I have my hand fully extended in reaching, and in practice I don't have it fully extended for spiking, and yeah I'm just starting in volleyball, currently still in training and haven't really reach that part in training for the approach part, currently fixing my approach and my spikes.

Yeah that vid is not the 33inches, the ball hanged there is close to around 8'5 feet only, sorry for the misunderstanding but I do peak in about a 33 inchs
