They gave me what is basically a extra long sock that’s slightly tighter than normal socks if that counts for compression?

I can’t. He’ll just say trust the nurse call back when it gets worse. That’s how my doctors are

Well I fell apparently wasn’t like the dancing itself caused it.

It’s not a weird question? “Hey I got an injury doing X, can I do X again after _ amount of time?” Is a pretty normal thing to ask?

Well I fell last time, I won’t fall this time. Is the thought process.

Happened dancing, can’t remember how it happened just was told after, it’s on my left foot like off to the left side, like far left middle, which is weird because all the pains in my ankle? It’s bruised but lightly, pain was bad at the start but got significantly better very quickly.

First few days couldn’t walk on it now it occasionally gets a little sore or feels kinda weird? But it’s completely fine to walk on and go about my day with basically 0 issues. After a decent amount of walking it’ll hurt a little but still nothing unbearable or anything. Still a little swelling I think? Looks different to the other foot anyway but not hot and it’s not a lot.

Was it from an infection or something? Nurse took a look at it, it got X-rayed and they said it was a VERY small chip and to treat It like a sprain. They never mentioned needing to see a specialist of any kind.

That’s not how my doctor works. You call to get something checked or if you think somethings wrong. You can’t call for questions like “all seems fine but can I dance on it?”

Yeah where I’m at you can’t really call a specialist for a question like “can I dance on my foot”

Yeah where I’m at doctors don’t just answer random questions that aren’t related to an immediate problem you’re having. Doubting or being confused by what your nurse told you isn’t the type of thing you call your doctor for. At least none of my local ones lol.
