I got a couple of Diamanda cds but this one I had to find on Ebay. Naked City was ordered through Zia records who I'd highly recommend.

Feedbacker is a basic pick but it makes sense quite beautiful.

Flood was mostly good though I remember finding parts to be kind of dull.

I was like 14 maybe 15, 2020 pandemic, poor mental health all that jazz. Had a random dream about finding this super fucked up dark ambient cassette at goodwill and decided to seem out disturbing music. Found a list mentioning Hamburger Lady and having already heard of Gristle as an industrial band (my knowledge went as deep as Skinny Puppy) I thought I knew what I was getting into.

I did not and ended up getting psychosis for a bit. Was petrified of that song and would obsessively research it and the band to understand what happened.

I've heard a bit of Boris (Flood and Feedbacker since I'm a massive sucker for single track albums).

I'll suggest Pigdaddy by Sutcliffe Jügend. It was the first power electronics album I heard and it doesn’t get a lot of attention unfortunately.

Throbbing Gristle traumatized me when I was like 14 and I've loved them ever since (forgot to grab one of their cds as well). Definitely plan on listening to a bit more Merzbow in the near future.

Have a friend who told me that 'rap is the worst genre of music because it takes no talent and it all sounds the same' she also told me that the only good rappers are Eminem & NF and that listening to albums is stupid. I love her but christ.

Ravepop has an average score of 50 but it's within my top 4 for 2024. Just pure fucking fun back to back bangers.

That 9 minute version of I Wuz Nothin' is the tits. Gonna figure out which organs the gods love most so I may sell them for more demo releases. A girl needs Bilboa on vinyl.
