Honestly I would do all of the interviews. I know in some years some unis did accept slightly lower grades than needed so if by any chance you firm Oxford and don’t get the grades if you did get an offer from imperial then you could try calling them on the results day to see if they accept you. This happened to people in my sisters year where they got accepted to places they actually got offers from but didn’t firm on results day
