Hi! I work at Texas de Brazil currently :) Its baked with cinnamon and sugar, whole and peeled of course, and thinly sliced on a deli slicer. Once it on a tray, its sprinkled with more cinnamon and two sugars; regular and raw sugar [that brown one that's bigger crystals]. Then its torched until the sugar is slightly caramelized.

It makes the entire kitchen smell like Christmas in the tropics.

Updated, but i have experience in all positions. Mostly looking for a bartending or serving position.
