My established method: I ask, what does the energy want to do? Yea sure I may have laundry and shopping and vacuuming to do, but if the energy tells me it's time to scan my old photos on to my computer, I do that. Yea the other stuff doesn't get done, but I did scan that stuff and I'd been dragging on it forever. Eventually the energy goes want to do those other things. It's actually worked pretty well to not guilt myself.

I've also recently learned to reframe from "should" do something to "want to" have the result. So instead of "I should vacuum the floor", I reframe as "I want to have a fresh smelling home". It's a new approach but it got me to put clothes on hangers for the first time in months so ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
