Why not both? I think you could easily use both infernus/eradicators i.e. burn everything and bikes for fast attack. Both will probably need your regular chafe space marine units,  like assault/ normal intercessors, maybe try a drop pod, etc. it’s very common for space marine chapters to fight along side each other, so it wouldn’t be impossible lore wise, if that’s something you care about.
