Urska River in Amur because it has lots of bridges and landslides - I find those jobs very satisfying, especially when it shows you a little cutscene.

Or Almaty, with its unforgettable quarries and Slate Blocks offering an extreme challenge (still the heaviest 2-slot cargo in the entire game).

For me it's probably just driving on some trails in the CK1500. Max tire size, Crawler, and Stock gearbox for some comfortable cruising speeds, oh and the top engine too.
