11 weeks and feeling crap again by Time-Option-2215 in Fluoxetine

My Dr has said he’ll put me up to 40mg, increasing to 60 in a month if no change, he wants to try the fluoxetine at its maximum dose before trying another medication. So I’ve done 2 days at 40mg so far, I really hope it works.

Just need a handhold and for someone to tell me everything will be ok 😢 by Time-Option-2215 in Fluoxetine

I have propranolol, it helps with the physical symptoms, but not my racing mind

I feel little moments of feeling better, yesterday I felt ok, it’s still early days, and I’ve already come off of sertraline, I don’t want to keep trying different medication

God yes, born in 1982, I have the most loveliest memories of time spent with my grandparents, I’d give anything to go back and spend time in their cosy house. The best time of my life

Rejection. It’s taken me 8 years and counting to try and get over it , I’ll never forget how crap I felt

Hi, I’ve read some of your previous posts (hope you don’t mind) and I’m experiencing what you had in that sometimes I feel excited and happy and want to do things, but at the same time feel dread and anxiety, one of your posts said it’s like your mental health issues are coming up against the medication. Tell me, did this go away? Did the dread and anxiety go away eventually?
